Me BIMENYIMANA Eric is the founder of B&A Advocates, is a holder of bachelor degree in Law and has attended several workshops/trainings /symposiums in different domains of law. He commenced his Legal career in on 11thJuly 2003 at Kigali Judicial Defender Corps, and later enrolled with Rwanda Bar Association “RBA” (former Kigali Bar Association) on 26th August 2005. He served as Secretary of RBA’s Governing Council for five years 2013-2018). He is currently on the panel of Domestic Arbitrators of KIAC Kigali International Arbitration Center. He is on the list of Licensed Certified Insolvency Practitioner. He has a rich experience in litigation and has an impressive high average of success in many Law domains; Contract and civil liability, Business, Banking, Insurance, Corporate and Insolvency. He was recognized for his outstanding devotion by serving Rwanda Bar Association when he was given an award of “RBA Devoted Services Award “in 2013. He has an excellent command of French, English, Kinyarwanda and Swahili.

Me UWANYILIGIRA Delphine is a holder of a Diploma in Legal Practice (DLP) from ILPD attained in 2013 and Bachelor degree in Law and has attended several workshops, trainings , symposiums in different domains of law. Me. Delphine Rwanda Bar Association (RBA) and East African Law Society (E.A.L.S) since June 2009 up to date. She is on the list of Licensed Certified Insolvency Practitioner. Delphine is experienced in handling commercial, corporate, civil, criminal, employment, labour, family and she is also experienced in other legal domains and she is a certified insolvency practitioner appointed by Registrar General. She has an excellent command of French, English and Kinyarwanda.
